Apple
Yamaha (for damn near everything they make)
Duluth for underwear
Carhartt (at least for T-shirts, for $20 they're pretty indestructible and don't shrink in the dryer)

Agree on Yeti. Customer for life because of the warranty and customer service. Lots of companies could learn a thing or two from them regarding product support.
Also agree. If you buy something Yeti you can reliably depend on it being a good overbuilt product. If it's not they'll fix it. I think that's the measure of a good brand.

These prices are higher than the competition, but the materials, fit and finish make up for the price difference. Will make up the price difference in the long run and you won't regret spending extra money:
-JK Boots--Made in USA
-Tools, jigs, squares, layout tools from Woodpeckers and Incra--Made in USA
-Incra/Jessem router lift (the Incra/Jessem collaboration has magnetic inserts)--Incra is an American company, Jessem is Canadian
If you ever do dowels in woodworking, spend the cash for the Dowel Max jig system Made in Canada. It's a beastbof a jig system and beautifully and thoughtfully constructed.
Adding Forrest table saw blades. The Woodworker II is awesome, Made in America, and they will resharpen them .

I have a Filson tin cloth waxed field jacket and removable wool liner. It is a heavy, nice coat. I just wish they still made them in America.
Until they make them on America again, I'd have to say not worth the Mark up even though it's a quality coat.

High quality eggs and of course toilet paper
Posted on 6/6/25 at 10:35 am to Jelleaux
High quality farm fresh eggs are a only $2-&2.50/dozen for as many as you'd ever want out here in rural flyover country. Damn near everyone I know tries to give me eggs they want to get rid of. Someone gave my wife 4 dozen yesterday, and now we have 6 dozen i think in the refrigerator.
I dont mess with layers myself, but I don't do two rounds of meat chickens a year, Cornish Cross breed.

Heinz ketchup
Diabetic delivery mechanism
Heinz No Sugar Added is better than original Heinz (which is still the best regular ketchup).

Not a fan of stevia, so I'll just use any ketchup without HFCS.

Gently used mattress really underrated. New this mattress was 2.5k but used was only 700. Same logic as staying at hotel.
That slight urine smell will fade after a few months. Granny leaked a bit while on hospice. Forgot to tell you when you picked it up...
