I played tackle football ( no pads)with the kids in my neighborhood almost every day with no problems. We were like 10. Tried it later when we were full grown. Hurt for 3 days after!

I just ate an entire frozen pizza. Probably can’t get away with doing that for much longer

I am a runner and occasional lifter. I figure as long as if I keep that up, then it’ll help keep me healthy.

Almost 50 and feel as good as I did at 25. Ran a 7 minute mile today in 15 degree wind chill. Felt good.

Get it, big dawg. That's frickin fast.

My son is 16 and did 10 miles around LSU lakes this morning in 28 degrees(light wind). They ran a 'comfortable' 7:45 pace. Them kids are nuts.
I bundled up and waddled about 1 mile in the sunshine and then went to Walmart while they ran in that shite.

I have an Icy Hot patch on my lower back right now. First time I’ve ever had to use one.

So…today. I’m 35 as of last month.

38 and kiddo number 3 is felt much more. And after a full day of skiing i’s also rather just lay on a carpeted floor for hours instead of drinking.

So I guess sometime between 34 and 38 things changed.

At 35 I realized I couldn’t drink like I was a 23 yr old SGT in the Army. Hangovers are a two day ordeal now.

Same. Maybe a little later. Joint pain started then.

I still felt like I was 25 until I was 35. I’m in my mid 40’s now and still feel young for my age, but I can tell the years and mileage are starting to add up.

While I'm not that fast, 50 isn't as bad as "they" said, is it? I have a difficult time believing everything is going to shite over the next 20 years, short of cancer.

No it's not. I swear I feel like I'm in better shape and feel better than I did at 30. God has blessed me with good health and a good body, and I thank Him daily for that. I'm not genetically disposed to be fat. I run, exercise, and work out every day. I don't eat fully "clean", but I also don't eat crap either. I also don't drink nor smoke and never have. I hate when people around my age start complaining about being old and stuff. Do something about it. Have some pride.

Not age. Circumstance. Over 50 and was fine until I herniated a disc doing squats. Back fricked up now. Continue to workout but pain limits the exercises I can do.

At 29 had a grade 2 sprained ankle and after a week it's a mild inconvenience after a 10 mile walk.

I was in a pretty bad car crash last week and my neck is still sore. Has me a little more worried than usual

When I was 48. I moved back to Louisiana for my husband's family, ( big regret they are like the Clampetts without the money), Had to quit riding my bike because the drivers in my neighborhood made me worry about dying.

I have a neuromuscular disease, so exercise is important, so my aches are better when I exercise. I can't wait to get out of this damn state.

45. Lower back issues are very common in the men I know who have done physical jobs. I'm 62 now and I have to stretch several times a day to keep my back and hip flexors from tightening up and hurting. MY friends think their hips are messed up but it's near always lower back. Staying active, weights, and stretching help lots.

I noticed I couldn’t do as much as before without getting too tired and worn out at age 30. I hurt way more after manual labor than ever before starting around age 35ish.

I’m probably just a giant vagina, though.

I guess early 50’s, shoulder problems, prostate cancer at 58 makes me feel old - it’s a recovery process.
