What age did you really notice your body getting old and hurt?

I’m not old but not as young as I once was. Perhaps it’s just my kiddos climbing on me all the time that I feel sore. Ya ya dear fb.

35.

I ran a half marathon without training for it and hurt for at least 5 days.

20ish years later, I hurt when I cough too hard or sleep on my pillow wrong.

I’m 34, so I guess it’s normal. Like I said it’s usually my youngest dropping a random elbow here and there on me, but also the 3 kids yapping tenses up my body

Probably around 43 years old. I had always split wood by hand but I woke up with a sore elbow and back and went and bought a log splitter.

Now I don't carry tools or machinery anywhere. Between my 3 trucks, side by side, 4 wheeler and JD tractor, I don't lug anything around anymore.

Early 40’s. There’s ways to combat it with strength training which is important to keep muscle mass when you start getting older.

Haven’t hit it yet in early 30s. I’m as strong as I’ve ever been and hope that my work out regimen keeps me younger.

Early 40s. That's also around the same time that I woke up one day and couldn't see to read without glasses. It seems like it literally happens overnight.

Eh, I’m within a month of 55, and my body doesn’t really hurt. Aging has been much more about recovery time for me.
