Went to hospital while in Jamaica. What happens if I don't pay the bill?

I went for food poisoning. Paid the ambulance to the hospital in cash(mistake I know) but I was in the worst pain of my life. They asked for insurance at the hospital but my wife and I were so sketched out that we got the in fluid and left.
What happens if I don't pay the hospital bill? They didn't do anything and I never plan on visiting that country again
