My Australian Shepherd does this too.
We have a Pomeranian that scratches at her empty water bowl until someone fills it for her. When we fill up the pitcher to pour it in her bowl, she starts spinning like a top in tight circles until you pour the water in.

We had a Yorkie that had a stuffed animal named "hump horse" he would drag it out in the living room, roll over on his back, make the horse get on top and go to town.
My current goldendoodle squeals when he yawns. Its great at 4 am. The other doodle sleeps halfway under the bed with his back end hanging out, looks like a turkey on the grill.

My heeler will avoid walking on wet grass if she can.
I've come home from work and taken her out and if it has rained or the sprinklers have been on she clearly makes the decision just to wait.
And somewhere along the line she developed an obsession with fishing. She'll sit at your feet and stare at the line. When there's a fish on she goes on point like a bird dog and stays frozen until you get the fish in, off the hook, and back in the water.
I've come home from work and taken her out and if it has rained or the sprinklers have been on she clearly makes the decision just to wait.

Mine was doing that and I put Duct Tape underneath on the bottom to deaden the sound and it worked.

Same with mine but I started putting the bowl on the ground at first then move it to the raised dog feeding station and now he doesn’t mind

My mixed breed is terrified of trash bags. Every time I take out the trash and replace the bag, he’s in full panic mode. I have no idea why. My lab gives no shits. I can run the vacuum and she won’t budge.

I have a 6 month old golden retriever, she’s fricking retarded. Haven’t figured out what quirks she has.

My hound mix really hates it when you sneeze. She could be dead asleep and if I sneeze she will wake up very startled and come over and start lickin on me like she’s making sure I’m okay. It’s hilarious

Days that I feel really bad, my older dog will stay at my feet. He is very vocal and will cry like a baby. Young one, she is a mess. She try's to bite me on the back of my ankle just to get my attention.

Folks I knew in Alabama had a corgi with a psychosomatic flea in the middle of its back. From the time it was a puppy to adulthood to decrepitude, it would go after a spot in the middle of its back as if there were a flea there.

My chocolate lab just started doing this. She just made 6 years old last month. She'll get a mouthful of food and back up about 10 feet and drop it on the floor and then eat it. Still dont understand it.
I also have to keep her inside when I'm fishing in the pond behind my house because she'll jump in and chase my bait every cast lol. It's hard to keep her out of the water, she loves that shite. But i have to bathe her after every time she goes in which sucks, bc she smells like straight arse if I dont.

My 8 month chocolate will do his "happy dance" up and down the hall while I get his food. Idiot jumps up/down and spins while barking then runs to his kennel to wait for the food, but keeps barking. My other two just sit by their kennels and wait patiently.

We have a chow/basset hound mutt. She sneaks up on flies or bees like a lion creeps up on prey in the wild. She low crawls at a snails pace then pounces at the last second. Shes been stung a few times but hasn’t learned her lesson.
She flat out refuses to go in the grass when it’s wet. She will put her front paws in the grass and do her business with her arse on the deck. Drives me crazy.
She wasn’t fixed and had heart worms when we got her. Before we could bring her to get fixed she would go in heat and bleed everywhere so my wife would put her in diapers during “that time”. She would literally be depressed the whole time she had to wear the diapers.
She also eats everything. Socks, paper products, toys, everything. My brother was watching her while we were on vacation. He calls me up and tells my dog has two tails. I asked wtf? He says some how she got into the laundry and ate a pair of his wife’s thongs and half were sticking out it’s arse. He felt like he was pull starting a mower pulling them out. That afternoon the damn dog ate a long sock and the process was repeated. He won’t dog sit anymore.

My dog doesn’t like when you hold ay large object above your head like Balloons, moving boxes etc.

If you point a cell phone or camera at her, she will refuse to look at you or it. Even with treats.
She will also regulate her own weight. She's normally about 60 lbs. If she gets heavier than that she will leave food in her bowl. Doesn't happen often, but if it rains for several days or we're inactive for a while or get too many treats. We'll be retiring her soon, it'll be interesting to see how she handles it.

I've had dogs most of my life.
One of the boxers we had when I was young... when he wanted to go out at night he wouldn't bark, he would just put his cold nose on you. When he was ready to come back in he would run his paw down the screen door (one of those old, metal styles from the 60's) once, wait a few minutes then do it again, rinse and repeat until someone let him in.
I had a wire-hair Jack Russell (rescue) at one point. Once she discovered that pecans contained food in them, she would try to bring one or two inside with her. Once she realized I wasn't letting that happen she would try to come in with them hidden in her mouth. She was so good at hiding them in her mouth that I had no idea she was bringing them in until I went to put my yard shoes on and they were full of pecans.
My current dog (Katrina rescue mutt) is horribly terrified of the ironing board, but only when it's set up in the kitchen. The wife has been making masks and had her sewing/ironing operation set up in the bedroom with the board right by the dog's bed, no issues. Yesterday she sat the board up in the kitchen (where it has always been prior to COVID) and she went right back into freaking out (hiding in the absolute farthest room from the board and shaking like she's detoxing). She's also the moaning-est and groaning-est dog I've ever had or heard of, she has all sorts of different moans and groans to voice her happiness (like getting a belly rub) or displeasure (having to go get in her bed before we leave the house without her).
