From a high level standpoint it’s the type of disruption that creates buzz in our target demographic and organically pushes the envelope in our favor.

Looking forward to touching base on a more granular scale re: go to market strategy before roll out.

I’ll be out of pocket, but Esmerelda will be in touch.

Talk soon!

Minimum wage, but he will be the first to tell you how it's not a living wage.

I work for a Fortune 500 company, and this was me fresh out of school. They gave me a shot, and five years later I have moved up a few notches. I fell like I really owe everything to them.

similar situation but I left and they acted like they picked me out of the gutter

I think a lot of employers are stuck in a 2009 mindset when it comes to the job market

Way too many people are going to take this seriously without realizing you're just lampooning losers on LinkedIn

Why did you steal this from LinkedIn? This was posted by a woman, the original author.

So you got him cheap instead of having to pay for someone's knowledge and experience. Got it.

Wrong.

These things are taught. But they are taught at home by responsible parents.

Hired one of these. Seemed eager to learn, presented well, spoke intelligently. Played video games and surfed web on his laptop everyday until I fired him. Lesson learned.

Also hired an experienced well spoken well dressed girl who apparently turned ghetto ratchet at high volume fighting with her family on lunch when I was out of the office according to other employees.

Have you ever asked yourself if the job role you are posting is required?

Seems like from the information provided your company still ran efficiently?

"a gen z candidate"

"they"

Did he hire several of them- or just one "they" who brow-beat him into not gendering it?

gen Z
The oldest of them is now age 25.

Early returns say that there’s some decent work ethic amongst some of them.

Unless they grew up on a farm, they’re generally not mechanically inclined.

I’m not completely pessimistic about them.

I'm surprised more people aren't getting it. This reads like one of those terrible Brigette Hyacinth posts on Linkedin
