Dont bash him. It took 18 months of showing up to work 80% of the time and not spilling a latte onto a customer at the drive thru to be given that responsibility.

Hired one of these. Seemed eager to learn, presented well, spoke intelligently. Played video games and surfed web on his laptop everyday until I fired him. Lesson learned.

Also hired an experienced well spoken well dressed girl who apparently turned ghetto ratchet at high volume fighting with her family on lunch when I was out of the office according to other employees.
