Sometimes the Gen-Z or Millennial candidate with little to no experience- who is grateful just for the opportunity- is the better fit because they are humble and hungry to learn

this is applicable to any candidate, regardless of age. But the candidate with

quote:

little to no experience

had better be

quote:

humble and hungry to learn

you act like you just cured the coronavirus. You hired a newb. congrats on firing him if he doesn't work out.

During the interview they smiled, made eye contact, and were honest about having zero experience (we value honesty).

They asked me questions, they wanted to learn, they showed up!

Congrats on the genderqueer new hire!

Why would you say the plural "they" instead of the singular "it", when referring to someone that you can't identify? You sound dumb.

How about everyone is not the same?

The problem today with people is lumping everyone into a certain group due to one or two certain beliefs or being part of a certain generation.

There’s literally no middle ground with so many people today. It’s kind of pathetic.

Saw this EXACT thing circulating on my LinkedIn feed yesterday. You’re a liar and did not hire anyone. Copy and pasting jackass.
