It won’t happen in our lifetime, but there will come a time when society reaches a breaking point and this sort of behavior will cease. It will be terrible when it happen, but it will come to a stop.

usually what happens next in Democrat run 3rd world cities like BR is that the responsible business owners, seeing they are facing an existential crisis, band together and put money in a pot to hire added security and off-duty police.
so in essence these businesses now pay extra because the incompetent city leadership can't provide the basic services paid for by their tax revenue.

The DA can't do much with shite judges (see: Trudy & Eboni). I'm not saying Moore couldn't do... well... more (heh!) but to think it's all on the DA is to not understand the scope of the problem.

2006-08 we'd bring the kids(toddlers at the time) to Live after 5, then walk up and down 3rd for a couple hours with them in the wagon talking to friends who were bar-hopping. It was a great scene for Baton Rouge. Then it went to shite.
