They are trashing all of the hard work to bring that place back. Kip knew this creature-like culture couldn't be held off forever- but the man did in fact try......They are stomping on his legacy of bringing back something nice to BR....What a disgusting shame.

Unlike BR, Hammond PD is primarily a good ole boy institution with a quick trigger finger and a low tolerance for ghetto sensibilities. In a vacuum you’d like them to be a little less aggressive but their hand has been forced with good results so far
