Long overdue... Activist Dishonest Queen Judge Foxworth-Something finally got the boot.
She hopefully isn't the last one.

He is smart to stay at LSU another 1-2 years. He will have a much better shot at getting a HC job at a major program.
He also knows Kiffin is volatile and a capable coordinator who could step into the HC job at any moment is a valuable asset to LSU also.

What you have to understand is a lot of times the Landlord isn't simply waking up one day and decides to jack up the rent. They want stable, long-term tenants who pay rent on time.
But when property insurance costs skyrocket, and interest rates on their loans shoot up, the LL is faced with the these tough calls.
Also, these property values in BR aren't rising either so it makes financing tricky.
While I suspect Serop's was a great tenant, often times you 'll see a tenant who is behind on rent and the LL won't renew their lease but the tenant says they are "moving out" to save face...

Budget Deficit now appears to be $222,000,000. Remember earlier this year Teedy said NoLA had a surplus.
But don't worry Helena the Grifter who has been on City Council for years and was tasked with overseeing this stuff is suddenly going to clean it all up.

What happens if LSU drags its feet through the end of the year with hiring a President, AD and Coach?
