I-10 widening project is wreaking havoc

Not only are the overpass businesses flooding but apparently some homeowners are too.
Seems likely the construction project is creating some of these problems.
Good luck getting the City/State to fix the problem.

By creating a job program for all the "teens" and "youth".
You know, so instead of shooting up public places, getting in fights and having Dodge Charger meetups at midnight they can now get a job this summer.

Sadly we knew it was just a matter of time given those ridiculous TikTok videos of "teens" posing with a stack of $10's in front of rented Hellcat while the family bankrupts themselves just for some clout.
Now we have an unnecessary fatality and multiple others wounded in a shooting at a prom in Tennessee.

Sure they got $100mil but they had to take an 8.25% discount on those rent payments, which is the equivalent to junk bond status.
Even worse, when the lease term us up, Caesar's has NoLA over a barrel. They will offer the same deal again and rest assured, NoLA will still be broke and have no choice but to take it.
So effectively, the city of New Orleans cut one of its most valuable lease agreements in half w/ the stroke of a pen.

I saw a video on social media yesterday from an eloquent member of the black community. He stated that the killing of that "rapper" in front of the gym the other day would likely spark a series of retaliatory attacks, as it was widely believed he had gang affiliations.
I don't think any of the murders since then have been related to that, but it just goes to show you how much more violent Baton Rouge could likely get in the coming weeks and months.

The other Libs are realizing they need to distance themselves from her on almost every issue b/c KJB is so intellectually toxic.

Sad to hear that Rodney Scott's BBQ was one that got caught up on this, I went to the Charleston location and really enjoyed it.
I wonder if this is a one-off situation with this seemingly successful group closing or a sign of things to come..

Apparently, he shot this commercial in less than three hours with basically no budget, and it has over ten million views.
He's getting donor support from the likes of Jeannie Buss and other city leaders.
His Twitter page has almost a million followers, which dwarfs the reach of Karen Bass and these other libtards.
Perhaps the only big if is: Can they keep the election process secure? Likely not, but we'll see.

Their bond rating is absolute crap, so they can't get any financing.
Now they're selling future income for an infusion of cash, which we all know will be pissed away through fraud, corruption, and incompetence.
