This is true.
Soon after our 2nd kid was born, we were in a pretty bad place. We went probably 6 or 7 months without the sex. I was being a bit selfish focusing more on work, she felt worn down from the added load of a second kid, etc. Nothing a lot of couples don't go through. We hired a maid around that time, and I worked with my boss to get a work schedule that allowed me to be home earlier in the day. We've been at least once a week pretty consistently since.
