Yeah but did you have any lawful law that showed he DIDN'T own all the land?
I wish I still had the, handwritten, letter he wrote detailing all of that.

They start demanding all sorts of contracts and bonds be posted it really is wild. I don't think he gets more than 5 minutes into his closing before getting muted. I also love how the judge took a week off after the trial because she knew it would be a shite show.

Her husband better get ready, she’s going to be wine drunk by noon all next week.

Helluva time for me to start working out of the office.

Long story short is that the US government is illegitimate, they have secretly sold you into slavery and collect money from some entity and therefore hold a secret bank account with hundreds of thousands of dollars in it under the name the US government has given you (which is why they don't "consent" to their legal name.) They believe that only a living breathing human can bring a claim against them - which is why he kept asking about who the plaintiff was and is the State of Wisconsin a person or an entity. Because of all of that they don't think laws apply to them. He is also a Moorish Sovereign Citizen who believes that he is a descendent of the Moors and is not subject to any US law due to a secret treaty the US made Morocco in the early 1800s.
They are insane.
I always want someone to ask a Sovereign citizen how many times they've used that argument with law enforcement and it's worked. I'm going to say they would like and say a lot, but the real answer is likely 0.
I don't know if there are any rules or laws with Sovereign citizens, but if there are, I'm going to assume that running people over and killing them isn't something they allow.

He needs to be in the other courtroom during the reading of instructions and closing arguments. He will need to be muted many times, I suspect.

I'm watching some of what I missed this morning when he blocked himself from view with the boxes and then yelled and waved his hands around.

Where does one watch this unfold today?

Morning court watchers. Big day for Darrell. Does he spend the majority of the day in the adjacent court room? Do we get through instructions and closing arguments? If, so, does the jury come back today with a verdict of guilty on all counts? Does Darrell get shocked? Stay tuned to find out…….
Also, for those who aren’t following:
- Jury will be sequestered throughout deliberations
- each side gets 1 hour for closing, State says they only need 30-45mins
- Brooks will be on tight leash for what he says in closing
- jurors will begin deliberations today if time permits, with a 7pm cutoff for starting. If they start before that, they can go into the night until they want to break for the evening
- if verdict comes back quickly, we could have sentencing this week depending on how many Victims want to speak. Judge blocked off the whole week for trial

Things Darrell Brooks will almost certainly bring up in his closing argument:
Jury nullification
Admiralty law
Subject matter jurisdiction
His 1st, 5th, 6th, and 14th amendment rights
Lawful law
Illi-noise v Allen

I noticed that the judge started using his tactics against him...
He had said multiple times that silence was a 'tackit' tacit agreement.
He then refused to answer the judge's question multiple times and she stated that she would take his silence as a revocation of his privilege for witnesses or jury instruction or whatever topic they were on.
I think she sought advice from other judges and they told her to take control and to use her authority to do so.
Today is going to be tough no matter which judge was overseeing the mess about to come.

Wonder if Brooks might put up a fight and refuse to come to court. About all he has left.
I was wrong , he showed up.

No doubt. She changed her whole demeanor from one day to the next. Good for her

We're starting off hot. He just said "i am not that name. My client, the strawman, its name is stated in capital letters"

If he isn’t Brooks and he is just representing Brooks, then he isn’t the one going to prison.

Judge agrees with Brooks to delay sentencing until next week if (when) there's a conviction.

He is not a licensed lawyer, so if he is not representing himself as Brooks, how could he represent someone else?
