I don’t. I really think he believes he has done what he needs to in order to appeal. He’s a psychopath

He's shackled to either the floor or table... so he can't lunge at the judge

The table could be flipped though... fist pounded... obscenities yelled... etc.

I didn't think that he was actually shackled. I thought he just had ankle shocks on.

I agree there. He’s drawing toward his big crescendo. He’s going to do everything he can to get her to shut down his closing as that’s been his whole goal here.

He's shackled... that's why neither side has been walking around during questioning

Ha, bringing up jury nullification. I'm actually pro jury nullification but no judge will ever let that fly.

Hey, maybe someone on the jury thinks running over grannies is an unjust law.

If he gives a closing, he will make a mockery of it. He will likely do that during jury instructions as well. Could be a bigger mess than this trial has already been.

Judge Dorow says between 30-60 minutes from notification of verdict reached to reading of the verdict in court

Yeah, I don't agree with her trying to restrict nullification. Case law has repeatedly affirmed a jury's de facto power to nullify the law, unfortunately judges are permitted to refuse instruction on it.

I am almost always anti-State in criminal cases but these DAs have been great the entire trial.

Wait...I thought Mr. Brooks is a Sovereign Citizen(TM).

Why is he invoking constitutional rights?

Back at 8:30 AM for jury instructions, closing arguments, & the start of deliberations

You should have seen his cardboard box fort he made so the judge couldn't see him (I refer to it as his John Cena Defense).
