He is not a licensed lawyer, so if he is not representing himself as Brooks, how could he represent someone else?
Cuz he’s a 3rd party intervenor. Lol

Since he requested sentencing for next week, as a juror I would take that as an admission of guilt.
Hang him!
*Unfortunately not an option in WI. Can only hope he gets Dahmered.

The judge has already lost control by having to take a 5 minute break before bringing out the jury. He's also going to get moved to the other courtroom almost immediately so he can continue to delay.
ETA: Although, if he's smart he would go right up to the line, stop, and repeat a few minutes later. That way he could delay more.

17 days in and he finally learned to pronounce "tacit." He's learning!

That's a new record for excusing the jury.

And he's back in timeout.

I hope he rebuilds the fort or slams the table so the jury can see him.

He also should've been smart and just objected to every jury instruction as it was read. He probably could have added 30 minutes to the trial time by doing that.

I see him standing up and waiving his hands all over the place.
Oh my gosh, now he wants to come back to the courtroom. That's not going to last long. He is unable to keep quiet.

Can you even object to jury instructions as they're read? The time to do that was yesterday and he refused to cooperate

No, you can't. Will he do it though? Yes.

That's her point. He had the opportunity to object yesterday. He probably hasn't even read the jury instructions. Too late now.

He threw them away as soon as they were handed to them

About to get kicked out again. Of course. Stop letting him back in.
