I drink water because I often prefer it over carbonated beverages, but I've always thought the whole modern push to have people drink glasses and glasses of water each day was big crock of shite.

I've never seen my 91 year old grandmother drink water. She drinks coffee and sweet tea with the occasional Dr Pepper or Orange Fanta.
