It was Halloween...how do we know those are not white kids dressed up?

Well we probably would have already seen a subsequent Facebook article about 4 white kids wearing black face for Halloween.

Claiming these black kids culture as being the reason they took more candy than they were asked to is in fact racist. I wonder if these kids were white would he have written the same things and blamed the white kids culture for their doings and how doing this was a gateway to committing crimes and getting shot in their future.

White kids are posted about all the time from what I see. It’s doesn’t make national media.

Also I don’t think culture applies to all of any particular race and that bringing up culture is not racist. African exchange students and college students that I have met or my family has met are usually shocked by black culture in Baton Rouge when they arrive. This Culture doesn’t apply to all blacks in BR and definitely not all throughout the world, but it is very prevalent in BR. To ignore it and make excuses for it by trying to label it being pointed out as racist is just fostering its continuance and empowering those that benefit from it politically. Do them the honor of expecting more from them. They can handle it.

Maybe he shouldn't be a lazy frick. Don't put a bowl outside with a sign. If you do, don't bitch about someone taking the candy. Kids lie, it takes a long time to build character.

Baton rouge will not change until you get some real leadership. That hate and mistrust in the town is astounding, and that's on both sides. Black, White, Liberal or Conservative. Currently we have a S*** Mayor, a S*** Governor and we are trying to elect another S**** Governor

This racist F needs to be fired.

Brees needs to take this mfer's franchise away from him. He is a pos.

This a hole then can go manage that racist af BBQ place in Hammond or Kentwood or whatever.

Just like in the fat woman taking all the candy thread.

This lazy racist pos can't make the effort to answer the door and hand out candy like a human being. Leaving a big bowl of candy out there like he is feeding deer is lame af.

F this guy. It's aholes like this guy who half-arse their halloween participation that are the true cancers of society. Either hand out candy like a man or turn your lights out and pretend like you're not home. The only two legitimate options. Losers like this guy is why halloween is dying out. Kids want to interact, say trick or treat, meet their neighbors see costumes, not be treated like an animal and be fed candy through a trough.

I’m pretty sure this incident will cause an uptick in business for this Walk-Ons. The community will come out and support this idiot as if he’s a hero for speaking the “TRUTH.”

He should have waited and used a video that was more ethnically diverse. Show one with three white kids, an Asian, one Hispanic,a variation of Indians(Dot,Dulac,Feather) and one black kid. Like TV does.

Wow at some of the liberal logic... It's your fault the kid stole all the candy, you left it in a bowl...

Kinda like... It's your fault the bank got robbed, you put your money in it...

Or the greatest one of all... It's your fault the criminal has a gun, cause when he broke in your house and stole it, you should have owned a safe...

Dickhead was looking to get offended by "cultcha". He set up a cam on that candy bowl for this single purpose. He deserves to go out of business. What a dick way to celebrate Halloween.

First of all, I don't care what color they are.. If you put out candy with a sign for everyone to just take one, there will always be someone who will take more. That's just how it is...

The black kids just got to it first..

Next, as a business owner.. How can you be so fricking stupid? Dude put his business in jeopardy over some halloween candy.

So... expecting kids to follow the rules makes him an a-hole? K.

And if this is a Ring doorbell, he already had it set up and didn’t do it just for Halloween.

I don't know that anyone has said that. Plenty have said that kids are greedy and impulsive, so don't be surprised if you leave a bowl of candy out and one group takes the whole thing.

Besides, is it really stealing if you leave a bowl of free candy out for kids to take, and they take more than you want them to? It's definitely disrespectful, just wondering if it legally clears the hurdle of taking something that is not yours to take. Is it stealing if someone leaving a restaurant takes a handful of the mints on hostess stand?

fair point, but assumption of risk is a thing.

I can be-moan how it’s unsafe to walk aling side the interstate. People should be capable at staying in their lane and not hitting me, but if I get hit, are you surprised?

A girl gets blackout drunk at a party alone and has sex with a drunk frat guy. Sure, we blame the frat guy for being a POS, but doesn’t society also criticize the girl for putting herself in a vulnerable position?

We can lament that gone are the days of Mayberry, when no one ever locked their doors at night, but we’re still idiots if we leave our doors unlocked and somebody breaks in.

Yeah, those kids were idiots, but so was he for having unrealistic expectations.

At the same time, we can also lament the fact that he shouldn’t have to have such low expectations.

Yeah brah, its not like non-racist people put those stupid ring doorbell cams by their front door. Just buying this thing around halloween clearly shows intent to racify the whole situation. In fact, they should start publishing the names and addresses of white people who buy ring doorbell cameras so we can call them out. Im sick of this BS.

I have to agree. I hate to shite on walkons, they have a good thing. Evidently a lot of people like the food there. And if I were going to any sports restaurant to watch a game it would be Walk Ons.. But personally, I have been there quite a few times either with a group of people who want to go or out of convenience (after a LSU basketball or baseball game) and I never once had anything that was like "damn! this is good. I got to come back and get this".

It’s a Ring doorbell it records everyone that goes up to the door, and you’re a cuck going out of your way to defend culcha
