Kelly coached like he wanted to get fired. I remember early in his time at LSU. It came out he was getting a divorced. The ol’ lady must won out and told he needs to spend more time at home or she’s leaving. He coached like a man with no balls.

His locker room speeches seemed so forced. The only time he seemed authentic was when he yelling at others to take the blame off of him.

Kelly’s never seemed authentic. He always came across as fake. Kelly was so bad that fans were starting miss Les Miles and his offense. That alone says a lot about Kelly. LSU needs a fiery coach who can get these players to play with passion.

A running QB neutralizes his defensive scheme. It makes him less aggressive which is opposite of his mentality as a coach.
