Did you miss the part where instead of leaving she got a gun from her car and exited the car looking to confront him and then shot him after he only took a slow step toward her about a car length away from her and then yelled at him and taunted him as he bled out dying from a gut shot?

Maybe you missed that part.

Her problem is what was happening before the guy walked up and she drew the gun on him.

Your argument is that anyone can pull out a gun and shoot anyone that moves toward them. Think about how silly that sounds. We need to know what happened with the parking spot, what was said during that, and what was she saying when she exited the vehicle with the gun.

She has to be able to articulate exactly why she introduced the firearm for her following actions to be legal. If it is deemed she became the aggressor when the firearm was pulled out or when she took steps toward him then she could lose the claim of self defense. Maybe there is audio or witness accounts that prove he was making threats to harm her but maybe he was just telling her she was ignorant and a bitch and she felt disrespected.

Remember this is an open public space where both had a right to be. You can't just pull out a gun and claim your personal bubble without being able to articulate why you felt the need to do so.

I don’t know about you but if I pulled a gun on someone and they kept coming at me, they are crazy enough in my eyes that if I let them get close, they’re going to use it on me if they can get it

And that is the responsibility you carry when you carry a firearm and pull it out on someone. If you can't articulate why you pulled it and escalated the situation you can't use the "they’re going to use it on me if they can get it" defense" if you were not in the right pulling the gun. Yes, the other person is stupid but that doesn't mean you can start blasting. This is all carry 101 and why most that carry avoid confrontation at almost any cost.

Doesn’t mean she can shoot him. It depends.

If the situation was done and over and she just jumps out of her car with a gun, frankly him advancing towards her could be seen as trying to save himself.

Really need to see the full video with audio.

Guy is calmly signaling a kind of calm down gesture. The then casually walks back toward her in a non-threatening manner when she shoots him.

Looks like she wanted an excuse to shoot a white man who thought she wasn't stupid enough to shoot. He was wrong. She was fully of hate and stupid too.

she should have left the scene in that car instead of looking

Last time she saw him, he was intentionally blocking the aisle in his car. Blocking her car with his car. After a few minutes of that, he decided to drive away. It’s likely the loon could be circling back around.

As we come to find out, he doesn’t circle back around. But he doesn’t drive away either. He doesn’t drive to the other end of the lot out of embarrassment for road raging and blocking traffic while doing it. Nope, he doesn’t do any of those things. What does the guy decide to do? He parked very close by and came straight at her on foot. Not stopping when she points a big ole semiautomatic at his chest. Not stopping after bulldogging her around the busy parking lot the first time. Unfortunately, he didn’t even stop after he walked away.

Charge her for taking that gun out of her purse?

Charge her for shooting an unarmed man that never came close to even touching her but merely took one slow step in her direction about a car length away when she gut shot him to death.

You mean he walked towards her while she was retreating away from him for over a minute while pointing the gun at him. And he elected to not to stop advancing until she made the decision for him

Nope. I watched the full video. She is guilty of murdering that man. Stepping out of her car with a gun was the moment she wasnt guilty. He was no more.a threat ro.her and she was to him. Actually she was the threat because she brought a gun into a verbal argument. This whole altercation lasted over 5 minutes om the whole video and he never attacked her. You people are wild.

She got out of the with gun drawn(thats not syg), he walked by she walked towards him(thats not respective, thats agressive)and aimed at him over the cab(thats aggressive and instigating the argument further) of her car running her mouth , he turns around and walks towards her during a verbal disagreement and she shot him. She literally baited him at that point and shot him.Thats murder. Idgaf what color she was. The insults are wild though. Nice try.

they will and getting out of her car with a gun regardless of why, at that moment, she was no longer innocent. She moved from a place of safety and like you said she even moved towards him pointing the gun at him over the cab of the car as he was walking by in front of that car running her mouth. It was totally okay to argue but not when he turned around to argue back and shot him instead. This alone constitutes murder.

The moment she left her car bringing a gun to a verbal argument is when she was no longer innocent. End of story.

According to these idiots when she moved towards him, it would have been totally fine for him to turn around and shoot her from the frit of the car? i think not but it was okay for her too. Smdh.

Oxford Dictionary begs to differ…

Admittedly search here can be problematic, but it is better for one word. In past 2 years this word, bulldogging, has only been used in this thread by you or in comments quoting you or replying to you while referencing the term you used. On the PB in past 2 years it was used once over a year ago by someone describing some actions of the now former Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (not sure exactly what actions were being described).

You seem to be the only one here describing this guys actions by this term, so I will stick to definitions in the Oxford Dictionary, the new Oxford American Dictionary, and so on.

It also kind of comes across as a gay sex term.

Is that all he did? He just strolled on past her car?

So many blind racists on this board, it’s laughable the entire veterans subreddit agrees the guy was in the wrong and she won’t be charged, yet the dumbasses here say it’s murder. Meanwhile George Zimmerman “dindu nuffin”. You fools lampoon the absurdity of black victim mentality while failing to realize you’re the opposite side of the same damn coin

What are you assuming he was wrong for whatever situation happened with the parking spot? Not saying he wasn’t but I haven’t seen any video or report that details what happened. If you have some please share.

He fricked around and found out.
