How are people being racist? Didn’t she exit with? Isn’t that different than in fear of her life? She could have left, but stood there brandishing a firearm. She actually had a duty to defuse or retreat. In class, they say fear for your life. Not someone from a distance, but basically once they breach your car window or similar. Or enter your personal space after asking them to stop. Then you’d still better call your atty using your defense insurance you should have if you carry. He was stupid, too.

Was it the person with a gun?
The only reason she should be guilty is if she dared him to take her gun.
If she challenged him to do something about it.
Pursuing an armed individual is a death wish. One that he literally walked right into.

Brandishing a weapon was the first aggressive action from my understanding.
At that point, he had every right to protect himself, including aggressively approaching her, regardless if it was smart or not.

You dont defend yourself against an armed individual by approaching the individual.
That is the opposite of a defensive gesture.
Retreat. Cover. Even matching a firearm with your own firearm could be argued as protecting onesself.
Approaching someone who has a gun pointed at your person is the opposite of protecting your person.

Exactly. She brandished a gun, which looked like the first aggressive action.
Maybe something else shows that he did something that would legally allow her to brandish, but from the vids I’ve seen, she is the escalator.
