You don’t think the guy bulldogging towards her from a few feet away was a threat?
Today I learned casual walking is the same as bulldogging.

The guy wasn’t present when she got out of her car.
He came storming up afterwards and as she retreated he bulldogged her all the way around at least one vehicle. If you just wanted to continue arguing you don’t have to bulldog a woman while she is backing away and has a gun pointed at your chest.

What about every person that either open carries or concealed carries. Is there any real difference in this situation? Was it illegal or threatening in any way for her to exit her car?
LOL are you really comparing legal carring a weapon to getting out of your car with a loaded weapon in hand while in the middle of an argument over a parking spot in a public parking lot?
If you don't see the difference, then you are beyond reason and hope.

Then there was no imminent threat to justify stepping out of her car with a gun. She escalated the situation.

Taking out the hyperbole, he took one step towards her and she shot him.

They weren’t in the middle of an agreement, ding bat. He had driven off before she got out of her car.
You do know lots of people keep a gun in their glovebox and don’t actually carry. Is it that hard to understand that you might exit the car with it after encountering a lunatic who just left after blocking your car with his car for a few minutes?
She didn’t point it until he stormed up from across the lot and bulldogged her. She even took multiple steps back before pointing the weapon.
You can’t honestly believe she was the aggressor.

Never happened.
When she exited her car with gun drawn, anything he did was irrelevant. She was now the aggressor.

I watched the ABC version. I only mentioned the part of him taking a step towards her that everyone seems to point to in order to justify the shooting.
Nothing he did posed an imminent threat to her life or of great bodily harm.
She's the aggressor in this instance by introducing a gun into the argument.

Then why did she exit the vehicle gun in hand? If the argument was over, she had nothing to fear. This version looks even worse for her since she has no reason to be afraid or escalate. Was she "goin' hunt'n"?

But you just said it was over and he was gone. Why did she need a firearm in hand? If she was afraid, she could have called 911 and sat tight in her car with the weapon ready.

She upped the ante when she introduced deadly force in a verbal argument over a parking space.

I'm the one saying we don't have enough info for a definitive declaration. But I will say she has some explaining to do. When you use a firearm to kill someone in a parking lot over a parking space dispute you will have to articulate a reasonable explanation for all decisions and actions leading up to pulling the trigger.
Exiting the vehicle with the weapon will be the hardest to explain and as I posted before she will be better off if she is on the line with 911 when she did so. Maybe she was on the line with them and told them she was afraid to be outside and was going to try to make it to the store to wait for a LEO. I don't know and neither do you.
Any audio, witness accounts and possibly the dashcam footage that exists will shine more light on it.

She should’ve killed him, then killed herself. Instant improvement to the world.

He took steps towards her multiple times after she had the gun out and even followed her around the car neighboring the empty spot. The video is posted on the front page (not OPs shortened version).

Now you are just making shite up. If that was your wife I am certain you would think differently.

Just the simple fact of her grabbing a gun doesn't make her the aggressor, especially if you actually watched the extended clip where he continue to act aggressive toward her WHILE she had the gun.

the best part is how she continues to lecture the corpse on how to 'properly approach a black woman'
How about don’t approach her as she keeps backing up? She was in the right.

Again, that does not rise to the level of self-defense. Remember, he is unarmed.

If that was your wife I am certain you would think differently.
My first priority would be to remove us from the situation, not get out with my gun and become the aggressor against someone that is unarmed, which she had an opportunity to do when she was inside her own car.

Stepping out of your vehicle with a gun 100% makes you the aggressor because he was unarmed. Just acting aggressively doesn't by itself justify self-defense.
Essentially, this is a road rage incident. Imagine if acting aggressively during a road rage justified self defense.

They let her go after questioning, 0% chance charges are getting filed. They're not going to release someone guilty of murder/manslaughter at the scene of the crime

They typically punt the decision to the prosecutor's office.

So you think they're going to let her go and potentially kill someone else while waiting on the DA to file charges? They had nothing to arrest her for, she was detained for questioning and to see if her story checked out/was corroborated by witnesses/security footage. It was and thus she was released
