Everything I said was pieced together from the video. There’s video of him parked at an angle in the middle of the aisle and witnesses said he was there for a few minutes, blocking the lady from parking there.

The only assumption I made was that wa when the heated argument occurred. But, I can’t see how it would have happened any other time and something caused the woman to get out of the car with the gun by her side.

I think most are only watching the clip of the few seconds before she shot. That clip alone makes it look very questionable, or worse.

Why would the media only show that few seconds over and over?

Why would anyone base their opinion on 2 seconds of video?

I dont see how exiting the car with a gun drawn qualifies as stand your ground. Had she stayed in the car and shot him for trying to enter it, yes obviously. In this case it doesnt look that straight forward to me. Im pretty sure if someone is unarmed and in my yard shouting threats at me, I cant go outside and shoot them. And thats on my own property.

If they continually walk towards you over and over after telling them to leave you alone yeah you probably can.

I’m not saying she had no fault, but I don’t think she’ll be found guilty of more serious charges, assuming she was sober, gun was legal, etc.

leftwing media is why, just like they painted george floyd and just like they painted that kid with his rifle during the riots being guilty and just like the painted ICE saying the murdered that woman trying to run over an ice officer. Thats what the media does. They dont think past 5 minutes and assume we are stupid in hopes their narrative sticks.

As far as I’m concerned, if the whole story is out, as soon as she exited the vehicle with a gun, she was the initial aggressor. She must be charged.

Wondering if the delay in announcing charges indicates there might not be any. I assume they have all the video shown here and more. Just can't imagine what else they would be waiting for to announce charges or self defense.

Florida Statute § 790.10 Improper Exhibition of Dangerous Weapons or Firearms

Simple verbal arguments, screaming matches, or non-threatening disputes over a parking space do not meet the legal threshold for self-defense.

Brandishing a gun in those scenarios will result in criminal charges

I’m sure the law sees a difference between standing with a gun at your side and open carry but what is the difference in this situation?

She was talking to the people in the minivan. She wasn’t looking for him. She wasn’t acting crazy.

He was the one to return to where he knew she would be. He was the one who closed in on her while she was between the parked cars.

Wasn’t the headline of the 2 second video saying she ambushed him?

What’s the difference if she was open carrying? In Florida you are legally allowed to point a weapon to stop a threat. You don’t think the guy bulldogging towards her from a few feet away was a threat?

Are you all bent out of shape because she was yelling at him after she shot him? By all accounts she repeatedly shouted for him to walk away. I could see how she might yell “I told you to walk away, you stupid mfer”.

I think you fulltards made up your mind after seeing the 2 second clip. I think you are too retarded to ever change your mind, no matter what new information is presented.

Is it the veteran angle? All things being equal, I have complete respect for our veterans. Will some veterans do ridiculous stupid shite when they feel that dose of adrenaline hit their brains?

But, in reality, it is most likely you only have enough brain cells to think about the 2 second video that shows a black woman “ambush” a white guy who just casually walked across a parking lot and yelled at him afterwards.

The only assumption I made

You don't know how far back the altercation started and if the video you have seen is the beginning. You also have no idea of anything said etc. There is dash cam video also that we have not seen. It could be from either participant or a bystander and may contain audio.

In short, you do not have a total picture but are claiming that your version it the righteous one. Nobody knows.

And why didn't you address why she got out of her car with the gun? I don't think a reasonable person would exit the car if she were truly afraid.

What about every person that either open carries or concealed carries. Is there any real difference in this situation? Was it illegal or threatening in any way for her to exit her car?

That's the problem. People are making proclamations without all of the info.

Around 40 seconds in this video. Note, I'm not claiming this is a good source for the complete story, it is just the first result from my search.

Of course she will. She was the aggressor the second she exited her vehicle with weapon drawn.

There’s no self defense or stand your ground here.

She’s going to jail for a long time, she should.

That isn’t the standard.

Was he an IMMINENT threat of DEATH or Great Bodily Harm?

Of course not. And it’s patently absurd to argue it

This is her just after exiting the car.

She would be better off if she is on the line with 911 and they have the audio of her "being afraid".

If she was on the line with her best friend talking about how she was about to bust a cap in a white dude, then she has a problem, especially is there are witnesses. We know one witness claimed she was warning him if he continued to approach her she would shoot. We don't know how reliable that witness is or if there are others that can verify or dispute.

Exactly.

If she really felt threatened, she could have stayed in her vehicle and called the police. Instead, she escalated the situation by introducing a gun.

He was an idiot to take a step towards her. He should have walked away and called the police.

He FAFO. She committed murder.
