Can you imagine if one of her teammates came out and publicly said that Rapinoe was taking this too far? Called her an attention whore? Said she was being immature with her constant protests? Now that would be brave because that player would be ruined if that happened. She’d be blackballed by her team and the media and called a bigot and homophobe for literally no reason.
Nope. Rapinoe is the opposite of brave. She’s doing the easiest thing she could possibly be doing right now because there are no bad consequences for what she’s doing. She’s being rewarded for her stance.

I have only heard 2 of them protesting. In their protests, it became obvious that they have no idea why they are protesting either. One thing that sticks out is Rapinot saying Trump is against all immigrants, when he is clearly against all illegal immigrants.
There is a big difference, yet she is not smart enough to differentiate it.
