If I didn't have family here, I'd have already moved to Colorado.

how much did Denver pay this past decade to be put on top of so many of these lists?

the amount of people who move there thinking it will be special, only to leave a few years later, then to be replaced by a new set of morons has to be at comical numbers right now

4-8 looks about right. The rest of the top ten looks suspect.

Anyone notice liberal cities grouped in 3-5, followed by conservative cities grouped in 3-5, and alternating up to 20? Weird that it’s not mixed up more.

Fayateville, Des Moines, and Charlotte aren’t really the bastion of liberalism.

I don't know a single person who has stayed in Denver or Boulder for more than a few years after they graduated or moved there. It's hysterical they include that traffic infested, over priced city in any of these rankings. It's obviously all narrative just like Austin.

Many of these places are enclaves for the wealthy. Boulder is a great place to live, I spent a decade there. Just bring your checkbook and prepare for NEXT LEVEL progressive intolerance. But quality of life- wise, it’s absolutely outstanding, especially if you are young and fit. San Francisco, Portland, Seattle Lolololol.

Where? FoCo and the Springs have awful mountain access in the winter. All the mtn towns have awful schools and you better bring your job with you.

Durango is great but jobs aren't exactly easy to come by there.

The Portland/SanFran/Seattle rankings were likely done way ahead of ANTIFA. Today they'd clearly rank a lot lower.

Quick glance and it showed Baton Rouge having one of the lowest quality of life rankings in the top 150. That is just sad.

Seems like with technology now, there is an arms race these days with states trying to out-recruit each other almost like college football teams.

In that respect, Baton Rouge is turning into the Florida International of football programs.

Austin, which used to be really awesome, is where all the commies are moving. It won’t be long before it is a dumpster fire of socialism and anarchy. frick AUSTIN
