She's beautiful, I have 4 kids and luckily haven't been through anything that scary yet. Awesome that she's doing better.

Omg dude. Prayers for your sweet baby. Glad everything worked out. Don’t let anyone tell you it was just luck that y’all found it. Someone watching over you.

It amazes me that someone can have the courage to operate on a baby. That said, we're lucky that people of that caliber exist.

I always tell new parents, doctors know medicine but YOU know your kid. You each use your expertise to do the best for your child.

Poor bug. :( I hope the surgery fixed everything and this the worst trouble she will ever give you. She's beautiful. :)

God bless you and your baby man. I'm glad she is pulling through and I pray she continues to grow and flourish with no more complications.

Not even gonna lie, reading this post originally broke me. I lost my 15 month old niece 2 months ago. She went in for an operation, I don't remember what for, and they lost her. She quit breathing and they couldn't bring her back.

With how hard it was to bury my niece, I sincerely pray to God that I never have to lose a child, cuz I really have no idea how I would manage.

I’m so glad your beautiful girl is doing well - I almost didn’t finish reading your post bc I was scared it would end badly. But thank heavens it didn’t!!

We have six children - but we’ve never had anything as scary as that!! We will keep y’all in our prayers.

Merry Christmas!

I hope everything goes well with surgery. Our son had open heart surgery at 5 months old, so I can relate.

You can google every step of that surgery, recovery, etc...

You can't google what it feels like to hand your infant over for a serious surgery.

Thoughts and prayers!

God bless your baby girl. I know that has been unbelievably stressful. Will say a prayer for complete healing this morning.
