Usually the grandmother is trying to raise these failed black statistics, while the bonnet wearing mom is out getting pregnant with a different baby daddy for maxing out that dependent tax incentive from the IRS and more welfare dependence, and the cycle continues from generation to generation.

Sadly, everything you said is true. And while more people today admit the problem exists, most people still refuse to acknowledge it. I know they see it, they simply choose to ignore it. Most of this phenomenon can be attributed to indoctrination. But I think another factor that plays into people refusing to confront the issue is they know deep down in their gut that the only real solution to this problem is too terrible to contemplate.
