Who knows if they finished that though, there’s still time left in the school year. Regardless they are screwed, no self respecting college will take them now. Rich daddy will probably send them to a place like Millsaps.

There are court rulings that students, like in the military, give up some level of rights by attending.

Seniors usually finish the school year 2-3 weeks early ahead of the 9-11th grades and the graduation ceremony is held while school is still in for the other 3 grades.
That was the case for my high school.
If it's the same or close enough for them, they should already be finished.

Georgia schools are done for the year. I don't know if they are Seniors now (since the year is over) or were supposed to be graduating. I don't think they can stop their graduation since school was cancelled or ended over a week ago. I don't get how you can deny someone a public education unless they were in a school related activity (which they weren't due to school being closed).
I'm not approving their action, but this type of over reach is going to bite that administration.

Dude, you can be a felon and graduate from public high school.
Literally (and I ridicule people for incorrect usage of that word, but literally) you can commit murder and still get a public school diploma.
