none of the effing school district's business what students do away from school. anybody who supports the districts authoritarian overreach is sick in the head. It is not a crime nor the govt's business to be racist. 1st amendment rights people.

So are they still awarded their HS diploma since they technically finished? Or do they have to now take some other classes to in fact get a HS diploma?

Public school is run by the government. The government cannot punish you for your wordS.
This wasn't even on school grounds and they already canceled HS in GA for the year.
I don't see how the school system can do this. They gonna get paid.

I just watched the video, it’s insanely racist, is it a private school? If so they totally should’ve been expelled...

Sorry I meant finished classes. Not the formal graduation per se. I’ve know several people who did stupid shite and not gotten to walk while still getting credit for finishing HS.

This is simply not true. Everytime something like this happens, people start yelling this, and it never happens.
I'm willing to bet they have been expelled under some sort of conduct/behavior clause that every school district has. You'd actually be surprised at what's in the guidelines that you agree to when you send your kids to public school, and yes they do apply to things that happen outside of the school.
I also laugh at people who tell 1st amendment. Nobody was arrested.
I'm guarantee you if I get online and post a video of me yelling fuc all white people on Monday, I wont have a job on Tuesday. However, I wont be arrested.

Well those kids will be making some money. They weren't on school grounds, and school isn't even in session.
Don't get me wrong, racist as hell, wouldn't want my kids (if I had any) hanging out with them, but this is insane.
