It looks like she has a ticket book in her back pocket and she's telling him to get out.
I think she was waitressing. I wonder if he was drunk and messed w her or a coworker.
Not excusing her actions, mind you.
This had obviously been brewing as the guy filming was ready for it.
ETA: The girl that comes to her at the end to check on her appears to be a coworker.

I had a psychotic drunk ex tee off on me while I was driving one time. I kept trying to grab her hands with my hands and push her away from me. Ended up pushing her away and she hit her head on the window and started bleeding. I was sure I was going to jail.
Thankfully I dropped her off at her parents' house and they believed what had happened and everything was okay. But it's the trashiest thing I've ever been a part of. And I'm from Baker.

After the first couple of hits I would not let her keep hitting me just like I wouldn't let a child keep hitting me. I'd walk away and if she followed I would just restrain her like the little tantrum throwing child she is. I wouldn't hit her unless she had a weapon or some sort and was actually capable of hurting me.
I would also tell her to "calm down, honey" because I know women love that.
