Just shooting from the hip, but if I was the prosecutor and just had a jury convict on a murder charge in less than three hours-----I'm pretty convinced there is nothing else I need to say to them.

These "legal experts" also keep forgetting the second prong of the intent element. Its intent to kill OR inflict great bodily harm (or whatever Texas's exact quote is) that results in death
Stabbing someone intentionally is inherently intent to inflict harm. There's no argument to be made that he stabbed him without that intent.
