I think he/she should only be allowed to race women if his testosterone levels are brought down to the normal range for a woman. Otherwise, the women should be allowed to use steroids.

As a masters level male rider myself, this is just comical. I got the following from an article on cyclingweekly about this:
athletes must have a testosterone level below 10nmol/L for at least 12 months prior to their first competition. The average range for adult females is 0.52 to 2.8 nmol/L, with levels above 2.7 described as the “upper limit of normal.”
So even with 35 years of building up muscles he/it just has to lower his testosterone to THREE TIMES ABOVE THAT OF A NORMAL FEMALE.
As for the other ones looking pissed, I know last year several of the top competitors passed on racing against he/it out of protest.

look, im fine with people identifying as they want, i dont give two shits. But if there is a classification of sports or competition that says woman/man, you need to right chromosomes to compete in said genre.
