Today’s the day I’ve been dreading for months

10 years and 2 sons down the drain as of early this morning. Old lady told me she doesn’t love me and she’s in love with a guy she met at work, he different she says, they had sex on the first night and have been soul bonded she says.
I knew something was up the past week but this just hit me hard, way harder than I was expecting it to be.
How do you process this and move on, I have no appetite I got the shakes. I’m just at a loss for words boys. I love her.
