What are my options if I can no longer afford my house?

I bought a house as a first time home buyer (25 years old at the time) in June of 2024. Things were going fine until the end of last year. I am struggling to pay mortgage, bills, groceries etc. even though I am making a bit more money. I have made a few poor financial decisions, but nothing crazy. Everything is just expensive as all get out and I am trying to figure out what my options are given the fact the real estate market is atrocious right now (especially as a seller).

I have about $50,000 of equity in the property. I'm pretty much debt-free. Small lines of credit on 2 accounts. My credit score is not great. Around 600

Diamondhead Golf Club is decent for the price

Magellan was a very cool course. Great layout and was in great condition when I played it.

Kirkland Signature wedge set is the best value in golf for 95% of golfers. They are solid wedges. I am a 7 hcp and they are just as good as big name wedges. You get a 52,56,60 for the price of 1 titleist, callaway, taylormade wedge.

Only issue is they are butt ugly.

Putting just takes purposeful practice (like every part of golf). work on your stroke first with a simple gate drill. Stroke must be pretty consistent to improve.

Then work on pace with 2 alignment sticks perpendicular to you, about 2 feet apart at first and keep moving the sticks closer together as you improve. The goal is to get the ball to roll over the first stick and not roll over the second stick.
