Top gun was hard but Battle Toads and Ghouls and Goblins were impossible. I don't believe anyone can beat them without a game genie.

Two pages and not one mention of RBI baseball?
My buddies and I in college each chose a team on RBI and played damn near a full 182 game season of it. Complete with playoffs and a World Series. Wed even get our games in when we camped out at the LSU Athletics building for postseason tickets. Good times.
I’d bet money I can beat anybody here on RBI. And I won’t even use one of the better teams….I’ll use the Mets. And I won’t even pitch Gooden.
My absolute favorite baseball game is Little League Baseball though.
I actually currently have my SNES out at my house. And while those games are fun and badass, I find that NES games are generally more fun and have WAY more replay-ability.

WCW Wrestling, purchased at Babbage’s in Cortana Mall. There were already lots of WWF games, but seeing southern rasslin in video game form was epic. You could play as Ric fricking Flair.
I actually found a copy at a retro store in Arkansas (complete with the box and manual) a couple of months ago and bought it immediately.
For me it's:
Super Tecmo Bowl
Zelda
Mario Bros 3
Tetris
Dr Mario
And honorable mentions to Little League baseball, Double Dribble, and Ninja Gaiden.

I have a few complete in the box.
I’ll buy a box from you. One of the dumbest things I did was throw the box away about 6 years ago or so. It was pristine.
Or shite, I’ll take one of the systems off of your hands if you don’t mind getting rid of one.
ETA: I sort of collect VGs. I currently have 328 games across 12 different systems. I love that shite.

I’m playing Hogan’s Alley right now.

I’m going from the start of the major circuit or world circuit, which is whatever one starts with Piston Honda’s second fight.

Don’t ever watch someone do a speed run of TMNT and beat the game. It’ll make you cry.

Had the Power Glove for it. It was junk to use but wish I had held on to all my old toys, ridiculous how much they go for now.
