Damn. Guess I missed the announcement that he had stomach cancer. That has to me a tough way to go out.

Hopefully reports are accurate and he passed peacefully.

Damn - we just watched an interview last week. As a cancer survivor I count my blessings every day.

I was fortunate to see his 99th USO show. He didn't just say he loved his country, the man devoted time and money to show his respect, admiration, and love for US servicemembers.
