There are no fat people in non-Western Civilization. The Far and Middle East and Africa is skinny.

This is mental illness.

Honestly the only way it will get better is if we start investing in people’s health. And we don’t do that.

Think about it. How many people here put in more than 40 hrs/week? And those of you that do, how often are you on email or the phone outside of work? Now how many of you work for a company that promotes your mental and physical health in the same way?

Lady is a fricking nutter. Obesity is a plague and a strain on healthcare. People just want to be accepted for being ugly, fat, lazy slobs.

Granted. There is truth to the notion of an overworked society leading to decreases in healthy food options (too tired to cook), access problems for low-income inner city folk to healthy food options, etc etc...

But if you wanna be a first world country, tackle first world issues.

This stupid arse country shouldn’t be as lethally fat as it is.
