Just educate yourself about the behavior that makes you fat and then avoid that behavior. You don't have to starve or even go hungry and you don't even need to work out.
But if you don't even have the discipline to even do that one simple thing then it's really hard to respect you or even take you seriously as a well-adjusted human being.

I could almost hear “We are the Champions” playing as I read this rant in Gilbert’s voice. Wonder if Hollywood will put out “Revenge of the Lards” sometime in the future? I do recall a movie about a big girl who cleaned up her act and got even with the kids that had made fun of her, but can’t remember if it was a comedy.
