Time flys - Every year goes faster

My daughter is four and my son is a year and a half. My wife (no pics) and I were thinking about what to do for Halloween and I swear last years Halloween was a month ago. I can remember that whole weekend like it was yesterday.
I’m already counting down the years until my daughter leaves the house. I’m a good dad but definitely can be selfish and regret not being a better one.
Sorry for the downer post, time is just a bitchh. Any advice from older dads would be appreciated

Yeah I’m right there with you. Just trying to enjoy every stage of life with them instead of doing what my wife does and constantly obsessing about wishing they were younger. Someday I’ll wish they were the age they are right now, so i gotta soak it all up!
