Not ideal but I remodeled a house next to a house where a lady ran a mini group home for seniors in this situation. It was well run clean and everyone shared the cost of care. I can imagine there are some that are not great. Owner was super nice. I have her a brand new walk in tub from the house we were remodeling

My buddy was on this project. The plan not to move forward was purely based on not taking the financial gamble and zero to do with concerned citizens and the environment. New CEO since this project was conceived. 2200 people laid off. All the higher ups in Houston given one hour to get their belongings and GTF. 1.8 billion spent and 45000 concrete Pilings on site imported from India.

I have been a member of both. Currently belong to Tchefuncta and live in Beau Chene. Beau Chene can get crowded but is a good course. I like that I can show up virtually any time and play with no tee time at Tchefuncta. Also has practice holes that they will give you a cart to drive over and practice. Kind of expensive but I like it.
