I tried Spam (canned meat)one time in college. Cut my finger opening the can and the Spam tasted like shite. Never again.

It is amazing that the Ziplock people have not been in touch with the cereal people.

If you buy janky brand, knock off cereal you get the zip lock bag.

You have to slice it thin and fry it crispy. Mmmmmm.

I was out and about and realized I needed a knife. I went to Home Depot and bought a knife.
It was in that plastic that needs a knife to get in to. I had to go back and buy an unpackaged utility knife to cut the packaging to get to the knife I needed.

Do you want to add another paragraph to justify your lifestyle to a random person on a message board? I wasn’t expecting your daily itinerary.

Never heard of anybody being cut like that. Just whack the tube against the edge of the kitchen counter.

I remember one time I got essentially a paper cut on the right index finger from the edge of the aluminum end cap on a tube of those. Think I was about 14 then, 60 now. The end cap is also the “lid” for the plastic frosting cup container thing.

Another better option is Bisquick, milk, yeast, sugar and butter and spices/raisins/dates/nuts

Mayonnaise. The opening is too small in relation to the jars height and you’re guaranteed to get it on your knuckles.

Maybe that’s where the term knuckle sandwich comes from.

this is the answer and another example where a Ziploc style opening should be the law on every package.

Cereal bags used to be easy to open then they went to that cheap plastic shite that rips halfway down the bag.

Eta I can buy a generic bag of Ziploc snack bags that contains 100 for $1 at walmart. How much would that set the big manufacturers back in bulk to add that to their $7 cereal bag?!?!? A half cent each?? A quarter cent?

Dress shirts that still have 568 needles in them. Why would you need to put needles in dress shirts, ever.

Every Saturday morning when I’m trying not to slice my finger open popping and unrolling the cinnamon roll cylinder I think that there has to be a much better way to package these things.

Right .

Or depress a spoon into the crease and it’ll pop that way also

This process shouldn’t involve an urgent care visit
