This pledge happens to be one of my best friends. I’m not at ole miss but this guy is like a brother to me. I have no problem with the person that started the thread. But I do have a problem with the jackass that goes by the name of ReauxlTide222.

You might want to go and actually read the article. He didn’t grab a bottle of bleach and just start turning it up because someone told him to. He was blindfolded and he didn’t pour it down his own throat. You are a Class A POS.

Another poster here who goes to Ole Miss has a different take.

I’m a student and have known about this for nearly 4 months. The kid picked up the bottle of clear cleaning solution thinking it was water and sprayed a couple of kids then noticed the smell and immediately put the bottle down. Stupid as frick? Absolutely. But the article makes it sound like the frat is just running around forcing bleach down kid’s throats is gonna get the Jackson Jumbalaya website a nice little suit. He got forcefully thrown out of the meeting and kicked out of the fraternity the next morning and their National fraternity has record of that. The kid is a daddy’s money Florida kid (of course) who is already lawyered up. Will be interesting to see what kind of plea deal the prosecution presents. Regardless, another embarrassing fraternity story for ole miss that has somehow evaded the national news so far

So the story isn’t a hoax?

NVM, just caught up on the original thread. Unbelievable.

Those frat stars should be forced to pay for every cent of their victim's medical care until the day he dies and I don't care how they come up with the money as long its through legal means.

What they did is truly evil and an example needs to be made out of them.

Meh, putting blind trust in a bunch of idiots to become popular doesn't exhibit very good decision making either.

Everyone in that story has a collective IQ of a squirrel.

being blindfolded and lied to, and also trusting enough to ingest liquid given to you in that scenario falls into the "not of sound mind" category.

So ReauTide222 clearly delineated between the two and you just emotionally failed to distinguish it because you were upset that your brother drank bleach.
