His new neighbors should put up a 6' high chain link fence and a pitcher's backstop right next to his fence. Will make his "designer" fence look awesome with all that chain link next to it.

Hell, I'd donate to a GoFundMe just for that.

My neighbors kid got a new basketball goal. He was out shooting and the ball bounced over the fence and took out a section of my vegetable garden.

What did I do? Picked it up and tried to shoot and make it over the fence. Why? Because they are just kids and I would gladly deal with that than the neighbors kids being druggies with friends that steal shite.

This guy seems like a prick.

What’s the problem? Don’t damage your neighbor’s fence.
Most people would just go to their new neighbor in person, introduce themself, and ask that the kids be careful not to damage their fragile aluminum fence.....not send a letter on attorney stationary, especially when there’s been no damage or prior requests for the kids to use caution that were ignored.

I wonder how many people are gonna mail the lawyer glitter bombs

Mr Smith is a very good attorney. He excels in the area of neighborhood anarchy and is extremely skilled in the area of the usage of his letterhead. He will go through any necessary means to make you feel at home, as long as you are inside of your home and not outside where delicate barrier structures may be within harm.
On a personal level, I hear that he is a world class fencer and will protect his trophy at all costs.
Just an all around great person.

I was being a good neighbor, by cutting the lady next door's ditch, and the strip between the ditch and the road. Bumped, and knocked, her mail box off the post it was on. Was lucky it was all wood that I could repair. It's much sturdier now, in case I bump it again in the future.

You are required to send a notice letter like that if a neighbors tree threatens your property in Alabama or it’s your problem. My handyman noticed a big oak tree that was dead right behind my house. I knew they would not do shite about it so I didn’t send the letter. It fell hit my house, and 20k later it was gone. That’s what insurance is for. Rather get along with my neighbors
