As a student of history, I'm shocked they were never covered. Even in the one American history class I took at Southern that was black centric(heavy focus on black leaders, skipped both world wars) didn't touch it.
I first heard about it during Watchmen the TV show. I thought it was alternate history for the show.
An American city bombed by its own planes?
Crazy.
But it happened? The question mark is because maybe it's a Mandela effect. Idk

How do you skip the two most impactful events in the world of the 20th century while teaching 20th century history?

It was just announced Russell Westbrook’s production company is producing a docuseries on the events.

Hijack... Why would an ice maker keep freezing up. It'll make two or three trays of ice dump them and then stop.
If I thaw it out, remove it, clean it up, put it back in, it'll make a few trays again. Then stop. Is it just lazy?

The mandela effect is vastly different than what y'all think it is. It's when they reconstruct the narrative around a person who headed up an organization that placed bombs in public places. Like in the market, killing women and children. Then forcing some narrative down your throat and awarding them a fricking peace prize. That's the true mandela effect. We've seen it twice in the last month alone, in Minneapolis and Atlanta.

Black citizens of Tulsa had the Greenwood district, a thriving area known as the black Wall Street. A black shoeshine kid was accused of assaulting a white elevator operator girl, and rumors swirled.
White people eventually went nuts and burned down or destroyed the whole area, 35 blocks of churches, schools, businesses, even a hospital and library. Engaged in looting, shooting, burning, and murder.

Unfortunately, I never read about it in school either. But, it is still good history to know. And it is this country's history, whether you like it or not.
history.com
Cliff notes: Young black man was arrested for assaulting a young white girl. Angry white men stormed demanding the black kid be handed over to them. Armed black men gathered to protect the young man. The white men vastly outnumbered the black crowd. The white crowds proceeded to go into the predominantly black district and burn everything down. Businesses, houses, churches, banks, etc.
At the end of it all, police dropped all charges on the young man who was originally arrested.

Is it a Samsung?
If not it's likely a Inlet valve that's allowing water to drip in constantly.
If it's a samsung it's because of bad design.
Ice makers in the fridge have all been problematic.

My great grandpa was a businessman in Tulsa born in 1908. I bet he took part. He hated women and non whites. He was a crazy guy. All I know was he worked for the Manhattan project too.
I didn't really know him well. He died when I was like 12.

I was visiting with my grandfather last night and 60 minutes was on, and a story about this was on.
Some black guy who was from Tulsa, said he took a black history class at OU and the professor talked about this. And the guy said he told the professor, there is no way this happened, I'm from Tulsa, and I never heard about any of this, or even that the area existed.
They destroyed all the black hospitals, and then all the white hospitals denied care to the black injured. Eventually one white hospital set up a makeshift ward in the basement, but it was too little, too late.

Nope. That's revisionist.
The armed black mob showed up at the court house and killed 10 innocent white protestors gathered because the black mob mistakenly heard the kid (who btw claimed he didn't do nothing, despite the girl's dress being torn) had already been lynched.
Only 2 of the black mob were killed but the rest that survived the shoot-out ran away to Greenwood and a further-enraged white mob completely lost their minds destroying the whole town & also killed innocents.
That's what started the insanity.
