re: The lack of men going to college is truly astonishing

Just because they aren’t going to college to get worthless humanities and social science degrees doesn’t mean they aren’t getting an education. Some are in apprenticeships, learning a trade, in a technical school.

More men need to be learning trades instead of getting useless degrees. Less women need to be getting useless degrees
There’s nothing wrong with education, it’s going into debt that makes no sense for a degree that doesn’t have a good ROI.
if you can go to a good school you should, but I would say you shouldn’t get a worthless degree. I wish there were more schools doing dual trade school/ business degree programs to teach people how to start a trades business.

Means majority of jobs requiring higher education (doctors, lawyers, engineers, dentists, vets, executives, etc) will be filled by women.
The data doesn’t support this. Despite the large gap at the undergraduate level, those numbers get very tight for doctorate/professional degrees.
Women only make up like 22% of all engineering student and 47% of medical school graduates.
They dominate the master and doctorate educational degrees which skews the overall numbers.

We’ve visited 5 universities this summer so far and all of the schools are around 60-40 girls to guys. It makes you wonder if the lack of men in colleges are leading to women leaving college as entitled and self loathing individuals (more than they are generally), never really getting the experience of socially mingling with the opposite sex in their early adult years. They only hear about what men are from their communist professors who no longer work with males in their own departments because all the men left.
Is there a way to reverse this trend or do we need to totally revamp higher education?
This fallacy that everyone should go to college needs to die. It is a huge cause of political strife, idiotic debt, and the death of the truly middle class in america. I would be ecstatic if half my kids ended up building things for a living. They can make more than a damn accountant or an engineer who doesn't have any potential in management.

The problem is k-12 education, it’s geared entirely toward how women learn best. It’s a real issue.
And the dirty little underlying fact that no one talks about is that the quality of education overall has suffered as a result.

Women now comprise nearly 60 percent of enrollment in universities and colleges and men just over 40 percent, the National Student Clearinghouse Research Center reports. Fifty years ago, the gender proportions were reversed.
And we survived. We will survive this as well.

Did you mean to type "isle"?
If so, that's wrong, too. The term is political AISLE, as in one group on side, one on the other, with an aisle separating them....

One is the fact that like 87% of k-12 teachers are female
Now do K-5 teachers. It's approximately ~90% female. I'm one of the 10% and it's astonishing the stuff I hear/observe...

And 95% of those female graduates don’t have a job that actually benefits society in any way, shape or form.
Whole lot of humanities and communication majors

I have two sons. No daughters. I pray they take up a trade and don’t waste their time with college.

This has been the trend for probably the last 20 years. Why get a degree when you can start your own company? You don’t need a degree to work on computers or do landscaping. Most jobs you can start your own business after passing some basic license test.
Why pay a school money and waste time?

This is unpopular but the Civil rights act truly did replace our constitution. How do you roll that back?
Just wait until courts redefine sex to include transgender and sexuality like they did for another section.
Scalia’s boy wrote that horrible opinion.
Edit: they did make sure decision was limited, but how can court redefine a long standing term in one law and not in another (obviously shouldn’t be redefining/legislating in first place, but they did). How do you equally spend on men, women, transgenders, heterosexuals, gay, lesbians, and so on? Just have one team for every sport???

We have 2 girls which seems a little more murky. I don't think either of them will become lineman

No, it's doing exactly what it was intended to do. At this point, you have to be a moron to think any of this stuff was done with good intentions.

Your recruiting coordinator is probably a raging leftist. That person does not believe there is an issue to address.
