And progressive/Democrat DAs will let them off the hook with little to no punishment.
Kamala would raise bail money for them

The guy in Austin feared for his life and it was pretty clear to me and apparently to Abbott but liberals in Austin felt differently and convicted the guy.
Wait... didnt Abbot overturn his conviction? If we are talking about the same guy ..Daniel Perry?

Cop should have shot every single one of them, then hauled arse out of there running over as many people as possible, then go get a bigger truck and come back and run over more people while throwing grenades out his window.

Over 200 vehicles wreak havoc across Philadelphia over the weekend.
One police officer was injured and 5 police cars were damaged during the illegal gatherings.
Local reports say teens engaged in “dangerous behaviors” like drifting their cars, launching fireworks, starting trash fires, and vandalizing police cruisers.
“There’s officers in the car, they’re jumping on the windshield. They're physically doing damage,” said Deputy Commissioner Mike Cram.
“They don't care about your safety, their own safety. If you've all seen the videos with their behavior, they really don't care. It's just about how much chaos can we can we cause?”
Police say they issued citations and made a few arrests.
IMHO - this should cost the Eagles 4-points, thus making the Saints winners of yesterday's game.
TYFYS, Mr. Goodell...

We need to start asking why
That is almost always the primary reason.
Why stop when there are zero consequences?

Yes I mentioned he was pardoned. He was still tried and convicted in Austin when he should have never even been charged.

So when the Saints are winning crime decreases, and when Philly wins crime increases?
That crap never happens down here. When the saints won the Super Bowl that was the most euphoric I’ve ever seen the FQ. Everyone was partying, no one was lighting shite on fire.
Not saying OPs video had anything to do with the Eagles winning though in this instance. Just looks like a bunch of Democrats wiylin’ out

I’ve been told that grannies walking through the capitol building are the greatest threat to America

Don't bury the lead of my post.
Have WE given up? Give me 30 minutes and I can look up Philly, NOLA and Austin registered voter turnout, including demographic. We can then compare local election years v National. See what I'm saying? It's rigged.
Why not have mayoral and President the same election?

This is going to sound insane, but it was literally kids being kids. The only issue is that kids today are psychotic.

In GTA, the cops would have shot everyone dead and left them in the street
Posted on 9/23/24 at 8:34 am to stout
That's not GTA, that looks more like Batman: Gotham City.

Yeah that night was 100% fun. I was out most of the night down there. One of the most fun nights of my life.

Well, this will sound "insane", but there's no need to blame social media... without blaming the C-Suite suits who would never ever demand their platform underlings to scrub this shite. Monetization has fricked us.

Have WE given up?
Absolutely. Despite the hardships foisted upon the average American, life is comfortable.
Situations like this are just a localized symptom of the ultimate issue of poor governmental structure and activity at every level and poor social cohesion.
I know I posted that punishment should occur, but it doesn’t matter. Nothing will change.

I am not arguing with your general premise, but I don’t believe the numbers will be as skewed between the two time periods as you espouse.

No clue why anybody would want to be a cop in a big city these days.
