It’s 3 all day.

4 if you want your 10 year old son to beat your arse. I’m pretty sure if any of the OT made babies with number 4 we would win the 2040 Olympics in a landslide.

Then everyone on the OT would be 6’6 220.

Researchers found those recovering from COVID (while remaining unvaxed) have immune system antibodies that evolved, becoming more potent and better able to resist new variants
So does getting vaxed kill the antibodies of someone who has already had Covid and naturally developed antibodies?

yeah, we dont have the data or the control group to determine if natural immunity is superior but it seems like a reasonable assumption
I’m very curious to see the long term data on this. Natural immunity vs mRNA vaccine vs J&J. And natural immunity plus vaccine or vaccinated but then infected.

I simply don't understand people who had the virus getting vaccinated. It just boggles my mind.

You know what it is - fear. It can make you do irrational things.

agreed. natural immunity might be a better inoculation against covid than the vaccine, but the way big pharma is pushing the vaccine on everyone we might not get a control group unfortunately

So if you had the vaccine then had a breakthrough case you would be pretty much invincible right?

It wasnt mentioned. They compared COVID recoveries vs. those that never had COVID, and was given an mRNA vaccine during the study.

Rockefeller Univ. reported fully-vaccinated people who never had COVID, will not get antibodies that neutralize new variants, from a 3rd dose of an mRNA vaccine

Pfizer will make sure this gets buried . Boosters for everyone !!1!!!

And no deaths r blame from Americans either. Americans are blaming Americans for Covid related topics. Calling this country a fricking shite hole is the biggest understatement.

No one should believe their "reported" numbers. They are lying their arse off through this entire thing.

read two theories on that, bio-engineered to mutate, or the vaccine antibodies have forced the mutations.

It's an RNA virus, they have a rudimentary replication system that results in a lot of errors (mutations). Most of the time the mutation has no effect or makes them less effective, but occasionally not. It's the reason it will likely never go away completely.

The idea that there are only a couple versions of this is ridiculous, there were dozens of versions just in the first few months.

I'm still not concerned really at all with vaccines or natural immunity for variants. They are both holding up extremely well as expected.

Though interestingly, the reinfection rate due to delta may have been 9% higher for vaccine vs natural immunity. Of course, reinfection is extremely low so this may be an immaterial difference.

At that point, feel free to choose how you want to acquire immunity. You may or may not have symptoms from either method, or maybe die from either (though pretty rare for vaccine across all ages). The only real difference is the kill rate on COVID his definitely higher for certain groups, so those groups should avoid acquiring immunity naturally.

What could be useful for that last group (or vaccinated in general but not as needed for less at risk) is a natural exposure after vaccination, which is currently being studied.

You antivaxxers are praying for a new variant thats immune to the vaccine so that you can be like "See I told ye they dont werk!!!"
