I wish I wasn’t obese but it is genetic. But I hate the slow and non agile obese people as much as anyone. I am a very agile and fast-twitch muscle kind of obese and people love watching me dance.

Morbidly is a bit much....


There are 24 hours in the day and 7 days in a week. That means there are only 168 hours in a week.

I spend 60 working and around 50 sleeping. That leaves about 58 hours a week.

I spend at least 3 hours per day reading and learning. That leaves 37 hours.

I attend church, study scripture, and pray and meditate. That takes another 15 hours a week, leaving 22.

I spend Sunday afternoons with my family, Friday nights with my wife, and Saturday nights either with the wife or watching sports. That's about 15 hours.

That leaves 7 hours a week, 1 hour a day that I could exercise, only problem is I haven't spent a minute on yard work, house work, helping with homework, trying to play golf, bush hogging my pasture, taking care of my land, or any other of the things that come up.

Being fit is important to some of you. Great. Good for you.

It isn't important to me because I focus on other things. If that means I gain a few pounds and disgust you, I'm sorry.

living in the south its gross. The Mexican and Black population is over 70%. Try going to New Orleans, Birmingham, Atlanta or Memphis. Its nothing but obese minorities

San Antonio might be the worst. I dont ever think ive seen a skinny mexican there.

Its so nice going to Colorado or even parts of California and see what in shape people look like.
