One of the few chains that does it right. A few weeks back I ate the best prime rib I've ever eaten in my life there, and I eat a lot of prime rib.
There labor cost is cost high because nearly everything the serve is made in the restaurant from scratch.

Roadhouse is a top tier chain restraunt. You won't get a better steak for the price unless maybe somewhere local. Throw in some free rolls and some fat-bottomed waitresses in jeans, and ....

Saltgrass Steakhouse. Less crowded, less noise, good menu, great mid-tier steaks, slightly more pricey.

Agreed. It’s the favorite date night for the wifey and I. Iron my favorite purple pfg, throw on my church jeans, lace up my crocks and get out on the town. Hit up the ambassador caffery location. Have 3-4 rolls each, couples of cold beers and a fat steak. Maybe some sex after.
