The sexual harassment definition has been expanded over the years. They don't actually have to be directly addressed.
A coworker can sue you for sexual harassment if they catch you looking at a NSFW TD thread, or if they overhear you talking to another coworker about a NSFW topic.
I don't talk about anything at work that isn't work related. Best to be safe.
