What was the name of the Pizza Buffet that used to be off the bellvue in that small shopping center. Racking my brain. Made the best cheese pizza sticks and had arcade.

I'd have never remembered that. That was early 90s gourmet buffet for Plaquemine.

I hear they have an amazing chicken sandwich which I will never try. I also won’t eat at Toms.

This is absolutely it right here. Not express pizza.
Going to Pizzazios as a kid was a treat.
From some article I googled:
"We had a little, local pizzeria that had a game room where everybody would have their birthday parties," he said. "It was called Pizzazio's. It's Uncle Johnny's now, but it's been a few things in between. My family would eat there every Friday night no matter what with a group of other families."

teech, you remember the pizza hut on the Bellview that closed during Covid?
A friend of mine (who lives on the Island) ordered a pizza from them to be delivered. They told him it would be 45 mins. He said after an hour he called to see what was going on and they told him they delivery person had just left. So he was waited for about 30 mins then went over there to see what's up.
They were like "he never arrived to your house? He left about 40s mins ago". So they called the delivery dude and he answered. The girl started laughing.. in tears.. hung up the phone.. The delivery dude comes in with the pizza.
He had the location he worked at, Pizza Hut's address, as the place to deliver. Ole boy said he been riding up and down the Belleview from Mobile to V&Cs and could not find a residential spot that was next to the pizza hut.
For about 40 mins he was trying to find where he was supposed to bring the pizza. My friend said it was still warm so he took it, they refunded his money and gave him the Hersey cookies they have. He said he couldn't stop laughing driving home. He said they had 3 workers in there and some other people waiting for a pizza and everyone in there was in tears because he spent 40 mins driving back and forth in less than a half mile stretch trying to find a place that was showing up being right next to Pizza Hut..

Its a Restaurant at a golf course that doesn’t adhere to the golfers so I don't support them with my business

They had the absolute best pizza. We used to go there in the Summer. Most of the people who worked in the back at PostSouth (the people who used to print the paper, etc) went to school with us. I'd say once a week it was 4 or 5 of us who would go in there and act like we were part of the group from the PostSouth, fix a plate and sit with them and eat for free.
Its a shame thinking about it today, but we used to do stupid shite. I had a friend who got kicked out for having a quarter he drilled a small hole in and tied a string around it. The jackass was trying to play video games for free, although it didn't work he kept trying, the owner saw him and kicked him out...

Yes! The only place I know of that has anything as good as Pizzazios is a place in St. Francisville and I can't think of the name at the time.

Bayou Bistro is a good lunch buffet
The CVS in Plaquemine is the cleanest public place to take a shite in town

School system, etc.?
If your kid isn't a complete idiot, he or she can go into MSA. It eliminates a lot of the riff raff and the school is actually quite good.
If your kid is an idiot, so what every OT poster does, send them to private school.
Look at living 10-15 minutes outside of town on some acreage, or just buy in The Island.
Property taxes are quite low.
Don't buy a home that's on plaquemine power.
